Autism Support Allies Girls Hub is a relaxed and welcoming session for girls aged 7-15, taking place at Northdale as part of our exciting new collaboration.

When Autism Support Allies was created, the dream was to build spaces where people felt safe, understood and accepted exactly as they are. Dreams grow when the right people come alongside you, and we are so proud to be working with Northdale, who provide such incredible opportunities, activities and events for the community.

This Girls Hub session is all about connection, confidence and belonging. It is a gentle space where young people can meet others, spend time in a supportive environment and take part in a way that feels right for them.

We are also very excited that Heart & Hoof will be joining us, bringing a calm and meaningful animal-based experience to the session.

There is no pressure to be chatty, confident or sociable straight away. Young people can join in at their own pace, take breaks when needed and simply be themselves.

This is not forced friendship. This is not pressure. This is a safe, inclusive space where girls can feel seen, supported and understood.
