Our Ally Hub is a relaxed, inclusive session for young people aged 9-15, taking place at Northdale as part of our new Autism Support Allies collaboration.

Autism Support Allies was created from a dream to build something better — spaces where people felt safe, understood and like they truly belonged. Working with Northdale allows us to bring that dream into another incredible community space.

This Ally Hub session is designed for young people who may benefit from a calm and supportive environment where they can meet others, build confidence and feel included without pressure.

We are delighted that Heart & Hoof will be joining us, offering a gentle and meaningful experience that supports calm, connection and confidence.

There is no expectation to talk, perform, join in straight away or act a certain way. Young people can take the session at their own pace, with support available if needed.

Whether someone is confident, quiet, anxious, curious, chatty or unsure, they are welcome here.

This is about belonging. This is about connection. This is the Ally Way.
