Woodworking

The woodwork department produces a wide range of items that are sold via the Northdale shop and include items such as bird boxes, insect hibernators, bird tables, planters and garden benches. The woodwork department can also produce one off commissions which in the past have included items as varied as a oak story telling chair for a local library and most recently a hard wood display case for a model battleship.

Service users are supported to use a wide range of wood working equipment. With the appropriate level of support they can consistently produce products to an extremely high standard.
